I finally got the Lincoln Parish History book from Ebay. The auction had an option to buy and I took it. It wasn't cheap but I had been looking for this book for the past 12 years. I had some sort of message posted on this site since day one asking for the book. Thankfully, a visitor to the site informed me of the auction at EBay and I snatched it up immediatly.

Some of you may ask, what is the big deal? The Lincoln Parish History book was put out in 1976 to celebrate the parish's 100th anniversary. The book is over 600 pages long and has plenty of pictures. Unfortunately there is no index. And that is really curious since the book was edited by an English Professor from Louisiansa Tech.

Well, keep searching cause they ain't going anywhere
