Here is where you put the meat of the lab. What was done? What measurements were made to solve the problem? What procedure did you use to solve the problem? What test equipment was used to solve the problem or prove the theory?

Conclusion:

Did you get the results you expected? State what you discovered when completing the lab. How did it turn out? If the results were other than what you expected then why did you get different results. If you were repairing equipment then did you fix it? If not what did you discover about its problem.

Draw any necessary diagrams or charts to support your lab. Labs will be graded on content as well as presentation.
