 The Fried RatOne evening, a woman and her husband stopped at a drive-thru restaurant and ordered a bucket of fried chicken. They pulled into a parking place and ate their meal in the car. After a while, the woman told her husband her chicken tasted funny. The husband turned on the light and to the woman's horror, she discovered she was eating a fried rat. The woman went into shock and was rushed to the hospital. A few days later she died. After her funeral, the husband hired an attorney and sued the restaurant. |
| The Mexican Pet An old lady takes a trip to Mexico. After checking into her hotel, she goes to an outdoor restaurant and orders lunch. As she begins to eat, she notices a starving dog at the end of an alley. Feeling sorry for the dog, she gives it the rest of her sandwich. The little pooch immediately steals her heart and she decides to smuggle it over the border, when she returns home from her vacation. Once home, she spoils the dog and even lets it sleep in her bed at night. One morning the woman wakes up to find the dog sick, She rushes to the vet's, but the dog dies before she gets there. When the vet examines the dead pooch, he tells the old lady her pet wasn't a dog, but a Mexican sewer rat. |
| The Trapper and His Dog There was a trapper who lived alone in the wilderness with his half-wolf dog. Eventually the trapper married, but his wife die after giving birth to a son. When the trapper went out to hunt, it up to the dog to guard the baby. One day, the trapper got caught in a storm and came home late. As he neared the cabin, he noticed the door was open. He ran inside, only to discover the baby was gone and the crib was covered with blood. His half-wolf dog, sat near the bed with its muzzle soaked in blood. The hunter swung his axe and struck the dog with all his might. As the hunter walked to the other side of the bed, he found his son alive and unharmed. Lying on the floor, was a dead timber wolf. |
| The Poisoned Cat A woman was fixing dinner for a party, when she noticed the family cat nibbling on her baked salmon. She booted the cat outside and not having enough time to bake a fresh salmon, she patched up the one the cat had damaged. When the guests arrived, everyone loved the salmon. During the party, the woman took out a bag of trash and found the cat lying on the steps, dead. The woman immediately told her guests the salmon was tainted and to have their stomachs pumped at the hospital. The next day, a neighbor dropped by and admitted he had hit their cat with his car. Since he didn't want to spoil her party, he decided to leave the cat on her steps. |
| The Hare A little boy runs up to his father and informs him their dog killed the neighbor's pet rabbit. The father removes the muddied rabbit from the dog's mouth. Knowing the neighbors are gone for the day, he decides to cover up the dog's crime. He washes the rabbit, dries it's fur with a dryer, and places the dead rabbit back in its pen, hoping the neighbors will think the rabbit died peacefully. A short time after the neighbor's return home, the police arrive at the their house. The dad is mowing his lawn and wonders what's going on. He walks across the street and inquires what's going on. The policeman informs him that it was a nuisance call and a sick joker had dug up his neighbor's dead rabbit, washed it, and stuck it back in its cage. |
| The Dog's Dinner A husband and his wife took a trip to China. They stopped at a restaurant to for dinner, but couldn't read the menu. The waiter, couldn't understand English. The couple tried to communicate to the waiter they and their pet dog wanted to eat. The waiter smiled and picked up the dog and took it to the kitchen. When he returned, he was carrying a covered tray. He placed the tray on the table and removed the cover. To the couple's horror, they saw their skinned and roasted pet, lying on a bed of noodles, with an apple in it mouth. Both were so shocked, they suffered massive heart-attacks and died. |
